Contact and request forms: name, email, phone, company name and message, in order to respond to your request.
\r\nConversational assistant (Pratcom Connect bot): the content of the conversation and, if you provide them voluntarily, your contact details, to ensure follow-up. Conversations are processed by artificial intelligence and kept for 60 days.
\r\nBrowsing data (Google Analytics): pages visited, session duration, traffic sources and anonymized technical data, with your prior consent via our cookie banner.
\r\nAnti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile): a browsing signal used to detect bots and protect our forms, without personal identification.<\/p><\/section>

Changes to this policy<\/h2>

We may update this policy from time to time, in particular when laws or our practices change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
