The suite is built around 12 modules. Four are launch priorities (Connect Chat, Connect Forms, Connect Privacy, and the CRM), with the others rolling out progressively: AI Scheduler, AI Search, Smart Pop-up, Lead Scoring, Google Reviews, email and SMS nurturing, Click-to-Call, and AI quote generator.
Do I need a WordPress site to use Connect?
WordPress offers the simplest setup, in minutes via the Pratcom Connect Bridge connector. Connect can also run on other types of sites through a short code snippet. We confirm compatibility during the consultation.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Pratcom Connect has no data lock-in: you can export all your contacts and information at any time. The suite is designed to comply with Quebec’s Law 25.
